Ants in the pants.
After a long day in D.C., we settled in the room and were greeted by ants. They were in the bathroom, on the nightstand, and in one of the beds. Front desk was contacted, and they immediately
responded. We were given another room, a free night and points towards the rewards club. The front desk associate was very accommodating, and I did not have to ask for any of the above. I appreciated not having to haggle with her to be compensated for our inconvenience. I felt the way the situation was handled exceeded my expectations. The next room was clean and comfortable. I would return to this hotel in the future. The rates for the area were affordable, parking was abundant and free, and it is close to everything in the area. [Less]
