I really enjoyed my stay here.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were very helpful. The lady who looks after the kitchen was always checking to make sure I was happy with breakfast. I had
to make a noise complaint once, and it was dealt with promptly. Staff at reception were always cheerful.
The room was regularly maintained and kept clean. Free laundromat was great! The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, and the quality of the food was very good.
After three months, the place started to really feel like home!
The only negative things I could say about my stay - and these are very minor:
1 - Occasional noise. This isn't a criticism of the hotel staff; it's due to the poorly insulated walls/floors/ceilings, and the lack of consideration of other guests. Some lazy parents like offloading their kids and making them someone elses problem I guess.
2 - Parking. Once again, inconsiderate guests just parking "wherever they felt like" - usually at the expense of someone trying to reverse out of their park. There were plenty of spots at Walgreens - park there for crying out loud.
Recommendations to anyone looking to stay here:
If peace and quiet is paramount, I recommend staying on the top floor, as far away from the elevator as you can. You do occasionally get kids running through the hallways on weekends.
Despite the annoyances above, the overall stay was excellent. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again. [Less]
