The hotel is well located closed to the Montreal airport, shuttle service is available 24 hrs and the parking is available for extended period when you travel, the parking is very secure.

I have been a customer of Holiday Inn for several years without any issues, until this stay at Montreal Airport.
I spent only one night at this hotel and it was enough for me.
The hotel itself is good, but the current front desk service is horrible.
To start, when I arrived at the airport, I went straight to door #8, where all shuttles stop to pick up people.
I called the hotel to ask for a ride, and I was informed that a shuttle would be there shortly. After 40 minutes waiting, I saw every single shuttle passing by, except the one I needed. My wife and daughter were so tired, that I gave up and we ended up getting a Taxi ride.
After arriving at the hotel, we checked in, and my wife asked for a crib for our daughter. We went to our room, and the crib never came. We had to call the front desk to ask for a crib again.
After that, I went downstairs to buy some water from the hotel vending area. I grabbed what I needed and headed to the front desk to purchase it. There was a young lady helping another customer. She was doing everything so slowly that I got sleepy to be watching that. Then I decided to interrupt and asked if she could rapidly take note of my order so that I could go back to my room. She replied extremely rude to me. I gave up and went back to my room to grab a jacket, once it was very cold down there. When I got back there, she was helping another customer. Once she was done, she finally got my order. Then I asked her name, and she refused to tell me (she probably knew why I was asking).
This is the most frustrating part of the story. I am giving a company money to be well taken care of, and a leave feeling like the hotel staff was just doing a favor for me.
At the check out, I asked for a shuttle again, in order to head back to the airport. The person at the front desk informed me that a shuttle would be there in 12 minutes.
35 minutes later, no shuttle. There were two hotel vans parking in front of the hotel the entire time, but there was no driver.
Then another person shows up at the front desk (this person seemed to be the manager). I ask again about the shuttle, and suddenly the "manager" looks at the other young gentlemen who told me to wait 12 minutes... then he grabs the phone and calls the driver... who was at the hotel the entire time! He showed up quickly after the call and pulled up the van to the front door. Luckily I was not in a hurry that day.
Therefore, again, overall speaking this is the first time I have problems with Holiday Inn... but it was enough !
Whoever reads this feedback, please tell that hotel staff that being polite to customers is basic and expected by everyone.

Comfortable room, easy accès via 520, great service.
We stayed one night before leaving for an early flight.
Shuttle bus was on time no worries. Gave us a juice and muffin because dinning room was not open at 4:30am for breakfast. Parked the car in a safe gated parking.

Hotel didn’t look that great and the park was crazy. Staff was very nice. Room was large, clean and bright. The restaurant was not that good. Very limited menu. Breakfast was average.
