Excellent location and room. There was a problem with accessing the WIFI but staff was helpful in rectifying the situation. Would definitely stay here again!

The desk clerks were great.
The boss isn't always nice to them though.
The food after 5 days bfast was boring. Same menu.
Coffee weak sometimes empty?
The Business office computers were slooooowww.
One printer in lobby desk area had to be turned on to print?
Pool bathroom a mess.
Rooms cleaned properly but late in afternoon.
I stayed with my 87 yo mother.
She rated it a 6/10.
Preferred to have stayed in Dunedin location as before but no rooms when I booked mos. ago.
Location noisy due to traffic.

Especially in a resort area, like Clearwater, a hotel would be striving for excellent customer service. However, from the time I checked in it was clear that their only concern was their bottom line. My wife and I travel a lot and with one possible exception this was our worst experience.

One problem with this hotel is getting towels, wash cloths in the room. ALWAYS had to ask for these. One day when returning to our room, the towels were still damp!

I stay at this location a few times a year.
Great location for my work trip. Everything was great except I was not greeted as an IHG Gold Member which is a bummer because I try to stay with IHG on every trip. Its the least they could do to make sure they greeted me as such. The front desk person acted like she didn't even want my colleagues and I to bother her. I know, its petty but when you travel every few weeks you want your loyalty noticed and a friendly person at the front desk.
Other than that the rooms are perfect, breakfast always hits the spot and the day staff in particular at the front desk is very happy to help.
