If you have kids do not stay here. They do not allow food or drinks at the pool (which also closes early) The staff yelled at some kids for being in the hallway. They where not being loud.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is always very courteous and friendly. The services and amenities are good and the value is exceptional.

The people were friendly. The room was comfortable, although the shower could have more pressure. I would stay here again. Good value for the money.

Typical HIE with nice room and location. However this one has poor management. Breakfast poor quality. TV is not the best but watchable.

This property had several shortcomings: 1. Phone in the room did not work (not resolved at the time of checkout), 2. Microwave oven in the room did not work properly and the issue never was resolved. 3. Business Center computer ran Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8, which was too old. I could not print our our tickets as the stubhub website said the browser was too old. 4. Only ethernet connection was available in the room, no Wi-Fi. 5. One day we left the room after noon and housekeeping decided to skip our room without any notice (may have tried to call but our phone was out).
Issues 1, 2 and 5 were mentioned to the front desk staff. They appeared to be take the matter seriously, but not action was taken on 1
