Except for the fact that WLAN and especialle UK TV channels do only work with interruptions the hotel ist great.
But what you can see is that group management from UK try to squeeze out as much profit as possible since there is way to few staff for the amount of people that need to be taken care of.
If I as a customer feel uncomfortable because I see the tremendouns amount of work that these very nice people manage every day .. well, then there is something wrong.
I am a platimum meber and I do see a lot of hotels but there is none where the staff is as effective as in this hotel.
CONCLUSION: hire more people instead of having them to more and more work. You (UK management) overdid it!
And this is becoming more a more something like child work ... this is not to be supported!!!
Treat you people right and give them room to breath a(nd not exploit them until they just can not deliver the service I expect.)
