Just wish they would open up the Hot Tub and pool with limited people to enter the pool area.

Great Room location and quiet. With COVID I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned, Clorox wiped and Lysol the entire room. When it came to the hot-tub the jets were disgusting, needed to be scrubbed. Went to the front desk and all they could supply was a toothbrush for us to clean with. Mold, slug and who knows what. glad i brought bleach with me. Also disappointed in the refrigerator couldn't get cold but we were next to the ice maker. Sounds like a lot of dislikes but I would stay there again. The staff was polite and friendly.

location was close to major highways, staff provided excellent restaurant alternatives inasmuch as several close by did not provide dining in opportunity.
maids were very cooperative and professional working around the covid-19 issues

Enjoyed the hotel overall. Clean rooms, good breakfast, great proximity to 79. Would definitely stay again.

The staff that I encountered during my stay was very friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in when we arrived was pleasant and answered all our questions. The woman who prepared breakfast was also extremely nice. It can’t have been easy to convert from the self-serve breakfast to the service stand. She was patient and prepared our food for us exactly as we asked. K

I am always happy to stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is always on par and the cleaning staff take pride in their work. The front desk staff seem to never be there or available for questions. I must have come and gone many times during my stay and I only saw an employee at the front desk when I checked in on Friday night and out on Sunday morning.
