Very clean, updated, and allows pets. One $25 fee for 2 pets.

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean. Front desk was polite and informed me that they had met my room requests. Breakfast was in bags and labeled by variety due to covid-19. A decent selection for kids but not great for adults. I would recommend and I'd come back if I were in the area.

Only problem we encountered was they were out of coffee... not good for me. Only other thing is I wish they would have let people know on their site that the pool was closed.

We checked in late, for a quick layover, after having had a rough night. The desk clerk took notice of this, and was extremely helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again our next time in Harrisburg.

Traveling for business I do not always have a choice where I stay. I am glad I was able to choose this Holiday Inn Express. Always clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Check-in went smoothly, cleanliness was spot on, but where the disappointment comes is there was no water in the pool when other hotels in Pennsylvania were using their pools. Conditioner was empty in bathroom and tub surface is extremely slippery when wet for showering.
Television did not operate correctly, batteries went dead in remote. When notifying service desk they stated no one could come to deliver New batteries as she was only one working. When I came down to get the new batteries there was two workers sitting and they argued with me, that the batteries were a different size then what was needed for remote. When they were taken back up to room the batteries were indeed the wrong size. Had to make second trip down to correct.
Rooms aren’t structured correctly as you could hear every step taken by guest upstairs.
These are things that can be corrected by some training of staff

First room did not work. STAFF came twice with no resulting fix. Had to move rooms. Lucky one available by other party giving up there room for single King.No other rooms with two queen size would have been available.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was very nice, staff was very nice.
