Here is a list of issues at this one during my week long stay there on vacation: Money missing Door left open Towels not replaced Coffee not replaced Soap not replaced Unclean towels when replaced Consistently was out of some breakfast items 16 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Affordable with easy access to Metro for sight seeing My family had a great D.C. visit recently. This hotel was affordable and it had quite a few perks that lead us to our decision to stay here! One of the perks was the free hot breakfast! The breakfast was good and you had a lot to choose from, and think of the savings not having to buy out in town! A second perk is the free shuttle to the metro. The van is clean and the driver was very nice and helpful with our stroller. The ease with calling them to pick us up at the end of the day was terrific as well. The third perk, which I know was promotional was a free $8 metro pass/credit for each adult! This was great! I highly recommend using this hotel. It is out of the downtown congestion but only a short ride on the metro to the attractions. 15 April 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast awesome housekeeping not The brakfast staff was great and attentive. Theresa made sure that our family was taken care of and a true asset for the hotel. The rest of the breakfast staff tried as much as possible to keep all items filled with a heavy volume of people. The housekeeping on the other hand leaves a great deal to be desired. Every day things were missing from the room being serviced. This included toliet paper, facial tissues, glasses, ice bucket liners, shampoo, and washcloths. Additionally, the room was vacuumed once during our 8 day stay. I went to the front desk every day to retrieve the missing items and one day the front desk asked for my room number. The next day the room was serviced we retired but were greeted by a 5:30am alarm that was set for us by the housekeeping staff. Somehow we also had a candy bar and two pairs of my daughter's socks disappear from the room. I cannot say enough how poor the housekeeping was. 15 April 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by First floor rooms appears to be newly remodeled Bad smell of paint or chemicals in my room, hallway toward the room. They should have not opened that floor for public until the chemical smell is gone. 13 April 2015
