Staff was helpful and conditions were nice. I was comfortable throughout my stay.
The internet connections were great both in my room and down in the lobby having breakfast.
The breakfast rolls were great touch. Freshly cooked and went well with my coffee

The hotel is convenient to all the major stops on a Buffalo trip: First Niagara Center, Anchor Bar original wings, Watson's Chocolates, Downtown Buffalo are all within 20 minutes at the most. Niagara Falls is about 30 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was good. The pool was clean and nicely heated. Would stay again.

I stay in the Buffalo area for work and prefer this location over others because of its location and cleanliness. Being away from the comforts of home is never easy but I stay here because its like being home.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.
I was assigned a room that faced the airport, so my room was lit up throughout the night, even with the curtains closed. I also had a hard time locating an outlet near the bed to charge my phone, so I had to pull out the power strip from underneath the bed and use that.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. They were pleasant and immediately took care of several problems with our room.
I travel often for work and stay at various hotels- usually IHG brand- this was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in quite sometime.
This trip was for a family get-away- 2 adults, 2 children, and an infant.
We were given a king studio- one king bed, one pullout couch bed. Upon entry to the room, the carpet was dirty with crumbs, dirt, and what looked like toe nail/ pet nail clippings.
We opened the curtains to watch the airplanes take off over the room but had to close them and block them from our children's reach due to mold and dirt build up in the window frame. (In addition, the wallpaper around the window was peeling off).
The room itself was humid and hot. While the air temperature outside was in the mid 30's, we had to run the air-conditioner over night, just to bring the temperature down to 70 degrees.
There were many other little issues with the room but the another major problem was the bathroom. The door itself did not have a latch, it could only be locked and the shower was a doorless/curtainless walk-in which was awkward for a family with a toddler and infant.
Overall the interior of the building is old and run down- stains in the carpets and unfinished patches in hallway walls. Unless some major changes are made, we will not be returning to the property.
