genuine, polite and professional. The service was impeccable from all members but special mention to the following:
* Natalie (reception) - welcoming, professional and made sure we were comfortable before checking in. Was really knowledgeable of the area and overall really pleasant and genuine in making sure we were looked after after a long flight and drive from the airport. Acknowledged I was an Ambassador member and ensured my late check out was booked in.
* James and Jacinta (Fire Place) - really attentive and looked after us well. We were so impressed with the food and service, we went back for dinner every night. They remembered us and always ensured we were made to feel welcome. Always a pleasant experience.
* Amber and Lorraine (The Cove) - we were a little late for buffet breakfast one morning but Amber ensured we were able to have a cooked breakfast and at no point made us feel like we were a bother. She was an absolute gem. On our last day at the hotel, one of the trainees made a mistake with our bill and even before we were able to advise the cashier, Lorraine came up to us and advised that a mistake had been made and it was rectified - what great initiative and we were really impressed at how promptly she had picked up on the mistake.
We have stayed in a few Intercons around the world and this is by far the best Incon we have stayed at in terms of the customer service level.
