As well as our centrally located Holiday Inn hotel, we have three Holiday Inn Express budget hotels in Valencia. This includes a suburban hotel, one at the airport and a hotel just on the outskirts of the city centre, just over a mile from many major attractions.
Valencia sits on the Mediterranean coast, around 4 hours south of Barcelona and an hour and a half north of Benidorm. Its stunning beach is an obvious tourist pull, but the beach is far from the only attraction Valencia has to offer.
It’s some of the historical buildings that give Valencia its real charm. The Palacio del Marques de Dos Aguas is a beautiful small palace. A walk through some of the city’s Medieval streets will lead you to plazas, markets and monuments. The Plaza de la Virgen has a beautiful fountain and is a great place to take photos. Try and make time to see the stunning 15th century Torres de Quart.
Other attractions include the Bioparc Valencia Zoo, the Mestalla Stadium (home of Valencia’s football team) and a number of public outdoor gardens. You can also take a day trip to Ibiza from Valencia. The ferry takes around 3 hours.
Shoppers will love Valencia. Visitors often describe the Plaza del Mercado as a ‘boutique’ marketplace. There are also a few shopping centres here, including El Saler and Nuevo Centro.
You can fly here from many cities in the UK, including London, Nottingham, Manchester and Bristol. One of our Valencia budget hotels is right by the airport - perfect for those late night and early morning flights. So what are you waiting for? Pack a bag and let us make you at home.
