第一次入住因為跟家人比較近,雖不能跟五星飯店比,但以目前的優惠價去體驗一下也是不錯的。
房間設施都是基本款,但前台員工親切有禮,盡量滿足客人所需使入住滿意度提升不少。早餐因爲疫情改為套餐很好,但味道一般而且溫度不夠熱,服務人員還是親切有禮的。
比較不好是大堂電梯在白天整修,前台沒人要到另一楝對面酒店,房務人員補物資的車擺在樓層電梯口...這些公共區域都影響了整體的感覺!

Worst hotel experience ever

I reserved the room in the IHG app and checked in the hotel. I honestly stated that I have been to Korea during check in registration. And then, I was forced to check out on the second night (around midnight) because the hotel does not welcome people who have been to Korea in 14 days due to coronavirus issue. What I think is, they should state it clearly when I made the booking or during check in registration, instead of asking me to leave on the second midnight. Also, there’s a hotel supervisor or manager named Emily Ng, her attitude is extremely terrible, which I don’t feel respect as a guest, especially a IHG Platinum Ambassador. She even judged me that I did not declare I have been to Korea. Yet, I strongly asked her to check CCTV, which should be clearly showed that I have filled in the declaration form at the reception. This hotel experience was the worst that makes me think if I should stick with IHG in the future.
