Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short stay for business purpose I was in Jakarta just for a meeting and as I knew the conditions of traffic jam in the city, I decided to come on the day before, spent the afternoon at the hotel working on my business presentation. Internet was efficient, the environment calm and the night was of a very good sleepy. Forgot some of my toiletries but the staff just provided. Easy and simple breakfast in the morning and fast and efficient checkout. For a short stay, cost effective, you do not need more than you get. 09 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Next experience as IHG member I booked a room for one night in Surabaya but the phone chose the Surabaya City Center Holiday Inn Express. I needed to catch a flight back to Jakarta in the morning so I needed to stay close to the airport. I followed the cancellation protocol but online it would not function many times. I called the Hotel before the deadline and cancelled my reservation. I contacted customer service for IHG and I got an argumentative person with a bad attitude and they said IHG has no responsibility for how the website works and that I would be billed even though I had been attempting on the website to cancel and called personally to the Hotel before the deadline. During my time in Asia I secured several contracts and will be traveling back and forth every couple of months. I am not sure if I will use IHG and its services anymore after this experience. 07 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect sleeping in Jakarta The one and only hotel in this world, that gave me the possibility, to have a deepest sleep, "No need to woke up in mid-night and ask yourself, for where u are?" No fresh food for dining service for dinner, but it will force you out to see jakarta, and Hotel's security team that they might be able to buy some amazing street food for you, Hotel room are small in sometime, but it's good enough, to made you feel warm in your loneliness night Hotel lobby is busy in the morning, but in the afternoon, it will be perfect working place for you to finish your report, proposal & quotation, No any smoking room available, but in the front of the hotel, they will have a little double seat chair for smoker, and you can be sure that u will be always get your new friend here, Finally, When u're in taxi to leave this hotel, may be you will have a feeling like, you're going to leave home too, 24 January 2015
