Service has always been great, room clean and towels fluffy. The warm cookies are a super bonus! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great beds and excellent service You have the best front desk service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. They were all so very helpful and very nice. I just can't say enough good about them and would stay at this hotel because of them. Also, the taxi service of Clyde to and from the Royals game was wonderful. He is very good. I had two rooms and room 126 had an odor and the front desk had the maid service come and spray the room. It helped for awhile but the odor did come back. Not sure what it is, but that might need to be looked in to. I would for sure come back if we are going to be in this area. Very, very clean hotel. Thank you for everything. June 25, 2015
