Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our over night stay We stayed on the 28th February 2015, we were in London to visit a relative in Hammersmith Hospital. We really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn express. The hotel was really easy to find. The staff are very attentative, room cosy and clean we would definately stay again, in fact we are planning a re-vist in April. Just hope we can secure a competitive rate as we did on the 28th February. 04 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly staff At first when I arrived I was worried because there was a note on the car park entrance to say that it was full. After having driven over 200 miles this would have been very annoying. However, I pulled up in front of the hotel to ask about parking and the very helpful gentleman on reception advised there was one spot left and if I pulled back around, he would let me in. I was very relieved. After that, check-in was superb. The staff were very friendly and cheerful and as a Northerner (and because it was quiet), I had a right good natter with them. They also helped with my parking predicament. The place where i was going for a training course didn't have parking and I was worried that because the car park for the hotel was very small I would have to find somewhere else to park for the day. However, the staff were very good and allowed me to stay parked for the day for a half day charge which I didn't mind at all. The room itself was very nice and clean. I hadn't expected a sofa so it was nice to be able to sit there and relax with a glass of wine from the bar watching TV after my long drive. I was worried there might be noise whilst I tried to sleep as there were a lot of construction sites around, but I didn't hear anything and slept really well. Check-out was quick 02 March 2015

Had to ask for sausages, drinking glasses and mugs as none were available the wait spoiled our breakfast. Parking was very limited. Overall our stay was good. 01 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Another great stay at this hotel with friendly helpful staff, great housekeeping and a great location with easy access to the tube at North Acton station, a bit tight with car parking and as working and needing to use my car on a daily basis could do with a bit more room but that is only a minor comment. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good, as usual Only gripe is private hire firms used by hotel are always twice as costly as using a local independent firm. Example is £22 fare to greenford at 7pm using hotel taxi partner. They were unable to do return trip when called and another local firm we used instead only charged £9. A difference of £13. Not good so beware and use your Internet to find a local private hire business for any taxi service required. This also happened to us at the nearby what used to be Holiday Inn a couple of years ago whilst under different ownership, and they refunded the difference when it was flagged up to them. I suspect taxi company seeing tourists as an opportunity to make easy money as they also have no meters in cars. 22 February 2015
