Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DanielUK Great stay and close to the underground
Excellent stay, my only complaint was that there was no iron in the room however that was probably my fault as I didn't read all of the amenities. The staff said they would get one if required for me to use. The rooms are small, no closet or drawers to speak of so since I was there for a week and on business I had a lot of suits etc. that were difficult to keep neat and hung/folded. Bathrooms are small and there is no tub the shower is a single but not sure if that is in all rooms? Breakfast is good with enough choice, however it is exactly the same every days. It is always replaced and they have staff constantly cleaning and refilling etc. Earl's Courts is a nice area which is not too far from the action of central London. Close to 2 underground stops on the District Line with easy transfers to other lines. Planning to go to UK again within the year and I will most likely be staying here again as the value for what you get is great here.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by alealbe buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by martin150 Good basic hotel
Stayed overnight with my two children. Room was clean and tidy. Beds were a double and a (large) sofa bed. Could really have done with twin beds and a sofa bed, but that didn't seem to be an option - kids are getting a bit big to share a bed now...
Breakfast was a good choice with some hot food - sausages etc and a range of cereals / croissants - kids found plenty to eat so I was happy.

Second stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Had a conference at the Olympia so this hotel offers very good value for the area. My room was in the newer building with a full-size bed, small desk and couch. Sleep was very good, quiet and very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is nice with a walk-in shower. I enjoyed the free breakfast although after staying five nights I wish they could change it up a bit. The convenience of having breakfast at the hotel saves a lot of time. The location is a bit of a walk to Earl's Court or West Kensington tube station. The immediate area lacks good dining options but a 10-15 minute walk over to Earl's Court or south down North End Road gives some good options.
My only complaint is with the room design. Holiday Inn Express new rooms do not include storage for personal items. No desk drawers or night tables or small cabinet. All your clothes have to stay in your suitcase or sit out in the open. This is a very bad design flaw. It makes me consider other hotel brands.

Stayed before at this hotel and many Holiday Inn Express. Very rarely do I have any issues or have any need to complain. Would highly recommend HI Express hotels.

The hotel doesn't look much from the outside however get past that because the rooms are a decent size and are clan and comfortable. The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling.
