Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and Comfortable room Service was excellent, front desk staff were very helpful with organising airport transfers, breakfast staff were friendly and helpful at every breakfast. Breakfast food had a great variety, more than expected. Room was cramped but bed was comfy and bathroom was well designed. Was great not to have another shower/bath!! Was in close proximity to many of the major sights. Would recommend to others 21 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0��by Love the location....but We used Priority Points for a 3 day weekend getaway. We have stayed here before and always had a good experience. Our room was on the 19th Floor. The 2 issues we had were very noisy all night being close to the elevator machine room and shower water pressure on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 2. In the morning we ask to be moved to another room. We were told the Hotel was not full but still nothing was done to move us. They did send the Hotel engineer up to look at the shower but no improvement was made. Love the location but next time will probably look elsewhere. 20 April 2015

I brought my wife to New York for her 40th birthday and staff went above and beyond to make her feel special. Thank you to Noel and Edes. You two were amazing! The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Awesome location. Close to the subway, Macy's, and the Empire State Building and just a short walk to Time Square. If we ever get back to New York we will definitely be staying here again! 19 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Stayed a week and booked another week. Very good value - close to everything, clean, good breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. The fitness center has weights which is not common for HIE. The truck/street noise early morning was a bit annoying, but it may be hard to escape in most mid-rise hotels in Manhattan. Everyone was nice, but a special thanks to Edes who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. 19 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding value Overall, the room was very clean and well kept with all the basic amenities needed for a basic overnight stay. There were plenty of plugs available in convenient locations for charging multiple phones, laptops and iPads. More so than I have seen in other hotels. The only thing I would have liked to have was a chair other than at the desk for reading etc. However, given the size of the room that may be a challenge. In general, the value was very good. 16 April 2015
