Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and convenient location My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Heathrow T5 was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cost of the room per night was also very low in comparison, which is mostly why I chose that hotel. If you are using public transport, the hotel is easy to get to from Heathrow Terminal 5 bus station. Take the H55 bus right to the hotel entrance. It's also easy to get to and from the Slough town centre using the 81 bus service which is pretty regular (about every 20 minutes or so). From Slough you can use the trains to get to London and Reading. February 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor breakfast When I stay at a hotel I am interested in two things. Quality of room and quality of breakfast and this breakfast was aweful. Just two hot items available and no staff about to ask why. They only had sausages and scrambled eggs. WHY !!! Thats not what I call a breakfast. The hotel industry in this country is based around the quality of breakfast and most will expect a full english... You can come up with all the excuses you like but two items does not constitute a full english or anywhere near it. I usually only travel for leisure to all day exhibitions and the breakfast is a big part of the day. I would stay elsewhere rather than put up with a second rate breakfast. And when I booked you got me to sign up to some loyaly customer club thing and I have been given no information about this... WHY !!!! February 3, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor internet connection and breaksfast break the overall experience Hotel is good, rooms are spacious and comfortable enough, bathroom is very clean and comfortable. However, Internet connection can only be rated as poor (both free service which is on the brink of complete un-usability and paid service, which is unreliable as well). Breakfast is full of sugary stuff, not enough variety and healthier choices. In 5 days no change happened on the breakfast menu (which in itself isn't varied enough). Beds have very soft mattresses and narrow pillows which made my sleep a bit problematic. Location near the Heathrow is fine, bar is quite OK, staff is very friendly and helpful but that Internet connection and breakfast ruin the overall experience by a large margin. February 1, 2016

Booked a disabled room for my mother and was given a standard room until i asked which was the disabled room then there was a lot of hassle to change the rooms back to disabled January 28, 2016
