We have been rewards members and were unhappy with the lack of appreciation for our loyalty to this group.
Other hotel chains offer free nights and extra's such as "to room" delivery of newspapers, free parking, etc. We were very unhappy with having to pay nightly for parking and no newspaper delivery.
When we called the toll free number to extend our reservation, I had to ask for a manger because the person assisting me did not understand how to extend and didn't seem to grasp that I wanted to add a day, clarifying and repeating what I wanted.
Staff at the reception desk did not seem knowledgeable of the area, did not have any maps of the area for reference, different staff gave different info, etc.

Decent value for money. Breakfast included in price. Rooms spacious. Would recommend.

Only complaint was of the occupants in the next room talking non-stop (at volume) into the early hours of the morning
