Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by like family in a different city The staff at this hotel is like having family in a different city. I walked into the hotel and was asking the front desk if they knew of "some transportation museum off of 270"? The woman at the front desk said she didn't know of it off the top of her head, but she quickly went to her computer and found it for me. Not only did she find it, she printed me out directions which included a map, plus gave me the hours for the museum the next day. WOW! I stayed at property in a different, up-scale chain in same city, and they couldn't be bothered to even give me the address of the spaghetti factory, never mind a map/directions/hours! Worked with the staff just a couple of days earlier and was able to accomodate us with a suite. Worked out well. Also staff was extra helpful with our needs during our stay. Great job! April 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay during the marathon I had a pleasant time during my stay at this particular hotel. What I really like about this property is the location. It was situated by all of the restaurants that I wanted to visit. Plus, it was only an 8-minute drive to the start of the marathon! The staff was friendly. The only hiccups that I had (it really wasn't a big deal) were that 1. vending machine wasn't working properly (but the hotel clerk did refund my money), 2. did have a little issue with my hotel key on the second night, 3. the towels were not replenished and the garbage wasn't emptied upon my request until I had to call the front desk again. Other than that, I was pretty much satisfied with my stay. I would definitely stay in this hotel when I come back just to visit! April 17, 2015
