Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Dining area needs a complete overhaul The room and service was perfectly acceptable. The parking was the main reason we chose this venue - it was a bit chaotic but hopefully will be all right when we return The restaurant needs a complete overhaul - dirty chairs and my rocket and Parmesan salad left a lot to be desired - yellow mini leaves and some dried Parmesan powder - not good value for money. We left at 4.30 so only had the continental breakfast which was 'adequate' We have stayed here several times but not sure we will stay here again. I looked online a few days before we travelled and it appeared that the charge for the room was less than we paid - why was this ? September 2, 2015

I would like to compliment your front desk staff - the receptionist that checked me in (Petria) was very professional efficient and welcoming "express" it was - with the personal touch. Also I would like to compliment your breakfast staff for constantly clearing all the used crockery away - making a buffet breakfast enjoyable. September 2, 2015

The only thing i could suggest is that the breakfast is served till a later time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Stansted area of London. September 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and comfortable We came late at night and left for an early flight, so we could not have a full experience. In general all was good. The only negative point is the shuttle bus which runs only every half hour and costs 3£ per person per leg. For two persons it makes a 12£ per night. We think that this is too expensive, especially considering the short distance to be covered and the schedule. August 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable bed The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Access to the bedrooms is secure requiring a key card to gain access to the lift or the stairs access. The bedroom was clean however the mattress required changing. There were section where the springs had failed. August 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable convenient and hassle free. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and hassle free. I booked online, it took two minutes to check in and about 30 seconds to check out. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, and to my surprise, breakfast was available at 4am when we were up to catch our plane - although not the normal range available, still a reasonable choice. The only negative things I could say, is the free WiFi could have been simpler to access (although worked well once accessed), and , we could have done with a second keycard for the room, as when one of us left, we needed to take the card to use the lifts to return... And this turned the lights off in the room. (although I didn't ask for another, the staff may well have given me one if I had asked) August 29, 2015
