Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great overall stay: only toilet flush not working properly My last stay in the hotel was great as usual, I only would like to point out that the toilet flush in bedroom Nº 110 is not working properly, the amount of flush water is not enough. Also I would suggest to extend the breakfast and dinner timeframe in 1 hour. Kind regards, Juan 29 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room but poor service The room and bed were fine and I got a good nights sleep. The rection desk personnel were very efficient. My experience in the restaurant and at the bar was not good. The service was poor...I have to wait too long to be served. I had to make it known to a waiter that my order had not been taken. This was after two other tables that came in after me had their orders taken. The waiter said he had asked someone else to take my order. I ordered a chicken burger...basically a piece of over cooked dry chicken on a bun..not the succulent chicken as advertised. McDonalds for me next time. The reception at the bar was off putting. The service was short, sharp and delayed. Bartender was confused who to serve first. He had just had a slightly heated discussion with a customer and was not a happy bunny. 29 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Place for the best sleep! Booked this hotel to stay overnight after our holiday. Flight was delayed and we reached very late at night. Were greeted by a friendly staff with a smile. As I can never sleep in hotels because of the mattress, pillows and temperature was ready for a sleepless night... what a surprise! I had the best sleep ever! Quite a lot of choices at the breakfast. Room and hotel looked very clean... what can I say, much better then some of the 4* deluxe properties I've visited. 23 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good, but bad The room was clean & comfortable. There was very little noise either from the planes or other guests. The breakfast was poor with hardly any choice. it's only continental, but there should be a bit more choice than yogurt and fruit. There was only white bread and one toaster. Lastly, £3 bus ride to airport which is only about 7-8mins. 30-40 people jammed into a mini bus. Nice little money spinner for holiday inn. Making £100 per trip. 13 March 2015
