Convenient hotel Ideal situated and easily reached by car with good parking available for £3.50 per night. The room was very cosy and quiet with a comfortable bed. The hotel also serves a very good full English breakfast. The service was also very good and the staff very helpful to all my needs

receptionist was very unfriendly when checked in as the wrong year was given when we booked with the advisor on line ,there was no sausages at breakfast had to wait for them to be cooked ,and scrambled egg as well,

this hotel is good and value for money but for short stay not recommended for long stay as this does not have gym and restaurant.

Above average staff support and service. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast both in terms of quality and choice.
Centrally located covering Warwick Rugby and Birmingham.
I would recommend the hotel and will use them again.

I stay in this HIX often and it is a good hotel in a convenient location.
Sadly (for us customers) they are getting busier & busier but do not seem to be responding with the relevant staffing levels.
Regularly now the check-in has 5-10 people waiting if you turn up at the busy period between 6pm - 7pm. This time I came down to the bar (one of the hotels that has the bar as an extension of the check-in desk) and waited…and waited…the queue built up…but the check-in desk just kept getting people join the queue also.
Realistically, 1 member of staff and a trainee cannot cope with two reception check in stations and a busy bar area - i don't blame the staff, they were very apologetic…but 2 guests had already given up on drinks as their taxi arrived before we all managed to get served.
Its all mostly right at this hotel, but staff levels really need looking at.

Stayed for 3 nights in order to visit local National Trust properties. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, though there was not really enough storage space for clothing when staying as long as we did. Although it was busy (half term) and the breakfast room often crowded, the various food choices were regularly replenished so we didn't need to wait. Over all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely experience. The hotel was very welcoming, and the staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had everything we could have possibly needed, comfortable room, relaxing lounge and wow! what a breakfast. The family room has 2 double beds, we needed 2 singles and a double as the room was for 2 ladies and 2 children (children were fine in the double bed) but the staff couldn't have been more helpful with providing a solution. We felt totally safe and secure inside and around the hotel after returning late at night from Warwick Castle. Thank you
