Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff! I was in town recently for a show at Echostage. The staff and on site security were very friendly and polite. The show ended late so it was after 4am before returning to the hotel. Was glad to see a security officer at the door checking room keys before re-entry. Being a member of your rewards program we took advantage of the 2pm checkout. Will use this hotel again when returning to Echostage in the future! 05 February 2015

The location is a bit out of the way and there was no usable shuttle service to Union Station so get ready to taxi everywhere. My first experience using free stay points and it was very positive. The ottoman in our room needs to be replaced and the lamp outlets need tightening but those are the only negative comments I have and I can be pretty picky. Great staff, manager seemed to go for excellence and for NE DC I felt safe. Thank you. 26 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Stay at Holiday Inn Express As usual the hotel is nice, clean and the staff attentive. It is always a good value vs cost. The low point is the breakfast quality. It is getting old. Time to upgrade the selections. For first time travelers it is ok, but for someone who travels 100 nights a year and remains loyal to IHG, its time for some change. 25 January 2015
