1. Limit access to social media. Stay informed, but don't allow it to consume you. 2. Take time to truly enjoy this time with your loved ones (in groups of 10 or less, of course)! Many are working from home or have more time than usual now to really enjoy this quality time. 3. Although we might not be able to see everyone in person, we can connect through other sources, such as FaceTime, Skype, etc. 4. Be kind - Each and every one of us has been impacted in one way or another. We will get through this together! 5. Use this time to do the things you've always wanted to do but never had the time to do.
