Prefer IHG hotels and this was closest to Naval base to see my daughter. Not the friendliest staff and was not greeted as IHG member as I usually am wherever I stay. Rooms need some work. I get the COVID thing but they could offer a bit more for breakfast.

Over all the service was very good. The room was clean. This is an older building and could stand some upgrading, The A/C unit in my room was very loud and made a lot of weird noise. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
Prices were extremely high for a Holiday Inn Express

It was overpriced for the area, others that were a lot nicer were not as expensive.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was inviting and helpful. Hot tub is broken. Overall 9 out of 10 on our stay.

Nice convenient. Older finishes but fairly well maintained.
Minimal breakfast available due to COVID 19.

Room large and clean. Had large chair to sit on and prop feet io which was nice. I personally did not like the bed as pollows because they were too soft/fluffy. Others might like that but it made it a little difficult for me to sleep and I woke up with a stiff neck/shoulders. There was a Kureg in the room which was nice to have. However - the refrigerator did not work at all which was extremely inconvenient. There were signs up regarding COVID and mask wearing; however, I was there 3 nights and only one time did I see the receptionist with a mask on and I only saw maybe 2 other employees wearing one the whole time I was there which was very concerning.

I believe the price is jacked up taking advantage of military families coming to visit their families.
For the price breakfast could have been better even with covid regulations.
They need to stick to schedules when they say maintenance will come at 11am and they pound on the door at 9am that’s not ok.
Housekeeping needs to invest in headsets for their music listening while cleaning I do not enjoy having Lizzo wake me at 8am when I am trying to rest and sleep in from my long trip. And they need to find a way to quietly open the clean trash bags without flipping them several times so loudly I thought they were in my room.

Employees were great and very very respectful. Hotel property was awesome and the rooms were clean. I will stay here again. The elevator could use some work. It made noises and the high up you went the worse the levelness was off. My son is at NAS Pensacola and we would stay there again. It’s close to the base and plenty of eating places.
Comfortable bed and great service

The room was in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. Only issue was the vent fan in the bathroom did not work and the sink drained very very slowly causing it to easily back up, even when you waited for the water to warm up.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean. We could actually smell a light scent of the disinfectant when we walked into the room. This was our 3rd stay at this location and we plan on staying there again the next time we're in Pensacola.

I had quite a bit of trouble dealing with the operators at the IHG call center, as they didn't speak English well, and couldn't understand why I was trying to book two separate rooms for my family of four adults. When they were unable to help me, I called the hotel directly.
I spoke with Shannon, and she was incredibly helpful. She spoke to the IHG people for me and was able to work out the reservations I needed. She was actually there when we checked in. She recognized my voice, greeted me warmly, and expressed her appreciation for us choosing to stay with them. She was great! I will definitely stay at this property again. And, I will do it without dealing with the IHG people.
