Weekend Stay

We came up from Newark NJ for my nieces wedding. Let me start with all the precaution measurements taken by the hotel from masks, and hand sanitizer at the front door to practicing social distancing. The staff was amazing, friendly, courteous, and very acommodating. Breakfast was satisfying. Rooms very spacious and clean, The view of Albany and sun set were breath taking.
Best place to relax and forget your worries.

Fall package

We did the fall package from the recovery room and I guess we were the first ones to do it. We loved it. The hotel itself was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We thought it was very clean and we slept well. Then with the package we went to Windy Hill's orchard and that place was amazing and we found out they actually have a place close to us at home so we are actually going there next weekend. We decided to get dinner at the recovery room and bring it back to the hotel to watch tv and rest and the food was delicious. There was probably more to do in the area but because of covid-19 and time we didn't get to do anything else. But definitely love the trip.
beautiful view and comfortable room

This hotel is comfortable and well maintained with a beautiful view of Albany. It is very close to I 90. There are restaurants and shops nearby. They deal well with the coronavirus with masks and breakfast bags to go.
Their standard rooms do not have microwaves and refrigerators--only the suites!!! take notice.

Great location for us to visit family in the area. We’ve stayed here before. Close to the mall, gas stations, coffee, etc.

Happy that they took all precautions upon arrival. Clean and convenient. Price was right. Good time to get a bargain.

My review is the hotel need to be clean the AC need to work nothing in the place work it was all falling apart the toilet overflowed.

I am spire elite member so I clearly stay at several of the IHG properties. This property is "tired" and sorely needs updating.

The hotel was fine. Shower was stuck but did function as a shower. Due to covid, breakfast options were limited however my husband has food allergies and he could not eat any of the options.

I have stayed here a few times while visiting my daughter at Albany, and the people are always friendly and the rooms are always clean, I definitely recommend this hotel.
