A comfy little room, facilities were very good and clean, healthy selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, an all round good stay!

Functional, efficient and probably value for money overall. The accommodation was in good condition; the rooms were clean and well presented on arrival. Breakfast was surprisingly good and a definite must as part of the booking. I would and indeed have returned to the hotel. It works.

Nice hotel, food very average

Always get a good night's sleep here
Only real fault is with the food
Breakfast is ok but sausages looked undercooked
Dinner a bit hit and miss, had fish and chips and the fish was very bland and overcooked
Found a long hair in my breakfast
Had a chocolate brownie dessert that was rock hard
The pizza on the other hand was great!

Good Hotel

A nice, clean hotel and great for a short stay. Tube is 2 mins walk away with a direct line into the centre and theatreland. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The road outside is busy but doesn't affect guests. Breakfast is standard fare but fine. There are some good restaurants at Gants Hill up the road ( have tried Indian and Chinese which were superb) but haven't tried the hotel restaurant. We always use this hotel when seeing shows.

Pleasant hotel

Stayed at the holiday inn near Newbury Park, for one night to go to the football, very convenient for the tube only 2 mins walk, we mostly stay at holiday inns but it was the first time here, but as usual the staff were excellent, staff on reception were brilliant, quick and easy check in, breakfast staff very efficient, and cleaners do a excellent job, when we visit London again we will definitely use this hotel, keep up the good work

Excellent service from every member in the Hotel.

I have been here since October. I have been in hotels before. But I have never been more welcomed here. I have been welcomed by each and every member of staff. Mohammed excellent gentleman. Natalja Excellent Lady. Simona excellent customer service. Sidal excellent customer service. Erica excellent customer service. Lucia Excellent customer service. GM Joseph Excellent Gentleman.
The kitchen staff. Faruk is such an Excellent Nice gentleman always there helping me out. Aurelia good customer service, Karen, Mildred, Cornel all of them such a great asset to Newbury Park Holiday inn. Night staff also. Leonard, Ash, Owain, I think Justin but I don’t see them cause I am asleep but keeping us safe during the night. Well done to you all. I must say it was my best time staying here in this hotel.

Just bad

We booked on the day, the booking was done by speaking to a member of staff at the head office. One double room and a twin room. After our long journey we arrived at the hotel to find that they didn’t have a twin room available. The members of staff we not understanding and blamed us for the incorrect booking. However, it was done via a staff member at head office. After a very frustrated conversation we were given two double rooms, one with a sofa bed.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I felt the spring all night.
On the Sunday morning we were woken up roughly 7-8 am to a lot of door banging. Only to realise it was room service banging all the doors whilst checking the rooms.
