Clean and Comfortable

The only negative from the stay was not being greeted by the front desk worker and given directions to our room and services available. The room was is great condition and very well cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good night's rest which is unusual when staying in a hotel. The worker at the front desk the next morning was very hospitable and inquired if there was anything I needed before checking out.

Complacent staff and filthy rooms and halls

I have always had the best experiences at IHG hotels which is why I choose them. That said this was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel… Ever. I would not recommend this location unless there has been a complete overhaul of staff and management and extensive cleaning. If you are looking for somewhere to feel safe during this pandemic this is not the place.

Overall stay during ICE Storm

I called 9 motels before I found this one to accommodate me and my 10 y/o son during power outage/ice storm 2020 in Oklahoma.
I had room waiting check in great! There wasn’t a refrigerator/microwave in my King suite. I needed it for all of my sons medications. The overnight front desk accommodated us. I ended up staying 8 nights. On the 5th night I noticed there was problems with my billing and I was double charged bc I used two different cards. I wasnt angry I just wanted to ensure I got it correct . It was brought to the attention of the MGR/Asst MaLavra. She was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She accommodated my entire situation. Actually a gentleman working day shift was kind as well stating he couldn’t help but he would let her know. I had to leave bc I could not afford to stay being a single mom. She was kind, it courteous. I’m still 11 days right now w/o power staying with family. Thank you!

Terrible service

We literally just dropped our stuff and went to the college. Our daughter got severly injured and we had to drive back to Dallas for emergency care. She was bleeding from her mouth prefusely. The desk agent refused to help us and stated called his manager after leaving the front for 30 seconds, stating we could not be refunded even in emergency. We will not be staying at this chain any longer, we do stay with this chain alot and travel 2-3 times a month, every weekend.

Front desk lacking

The front desk at check-in was a joke. There was no one there! I had to use the lobby phone to call someone to come check us in and it still took around 30 minutes.

Staff is lacking

We showed up to check-in and noticed there were people waiting at the front desk so waited about 5 minutes and a lady said I had to call on the lobby phone to get someone to come check us in, she had been waiting about 15 minutes her self , very strange. I gave in and called a guy answer with hello do you have a reservation? I said yes, he said I'll be there in a "little bit" I believe is what he said and his little bit turned out to be 10 or 15 more minutes,by this time I have about 30 minutes of just standing in the lobby trying to check in. He finally showed up and told the lady that was there before us we don't have any pillows then turns to me and says "and you need what"? The kid should be flipping burgers at McDonald's not running your front desk. The room was great when we finally got to it.
