- Great Hotel. Priced just right for a weekend.
- An ideal place for a non-gambler - a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and tax-free shopping areas :)
- Hotel is relatively new and everything was clean and fresh.
- Front Desk quite responsive. Around midnight, I called front desk to report noisy neighbors. A few minutes later, noise decreased considerably to allow me to sleep.
- Downside would be proximity to airport (airplane noise).
- Wishlist: more variety for breakfast (more fruits perhaps).
- When I go back to Atlantic City, I will definitely book at this hotel.

I have been staying at Holiday Inns for many years and I am a Priority Club member. My check out day was Sunday Oct. 14. Check out time was 11:30. I had overlooked the time and was still in my room packing when I hear a VERY loud knock on my door. Thinking it was the housekeeping crew I admit I ignored the knocking. Within seconds another VERY loud knocking on the door. It was as if the police or F B I were at the door.. This time I asked who it was and opened the door. I was confronted by a female African American women dressed in a Pitts. Steelers jersey who asked me if I was checking out. I responded yes and asked what was the check out time and was told 11:30. I then asked what time is it and was told 11:45. I then said I was a Priority Club member and would call the front desk and ask for an extension on the check out time. I made the call and was granted the extension. I didn't then and still don't understand why she handled the situation the way she did. I was simply 15 minutes late in checking out. A phone call to my room would have served the same purpose. I was very disappointed in the way my 15 minute overstay was handled. I will not stay at that Holiday Inn the next time I am in the area. Nor will I recommend that Holiday Inn to other people.

From the moment of check in with Stephanie at the front desk, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. We had the Jr Suite and it was perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was excellent, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and SEVERAL other choices were provided. Kendra did a great job making sure everything was stocked well. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was able to print my boarding pass from the free computer available to guests. Did I mention the warm chocolate chip cookies on the check in counter daily? Hard to resist as you walk by! Thanks to all the staff here for making our stay very pleasant!!!!

From the time we arrived till the time we checked out we had an excellent time. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool and spa area were very good. Kids had a blast(lots of swimming) One small flaw in the room was loose fixtures in the shower area, not that big of a deal though. On the day before we checked out we noticed a leak in the wall air conditioning unit. I brought it to the managers attention and without hesitation he upgraded us to junior suite, no questions asked. I thought this awesome customer service. This alone would be enough for us to stay at this hotel in the future. Breakfast was just average but there was plenty of it. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to do AC and not spend "AC money" Also, as a priority club member, anytime we went to the front desk with a question we were given free bottles of water. A very nice touch.

All was good. Checked in late and left very early. Front desk guy very polite and accomodating. We actually had a very odd request to ship some clothes back to our home (before continuing on a longer trip). We provided the shipping label, but this request was handled properly and without hesitation, and the clothes were waiting at home when we got back a week later. Nice job!!

had a problem at another hotel - walked in late. gentleman at desk very helpful although very rigid....had rules - -be quiet, no running in hallway, no unattended children outside of room.
Meantime had no children, and it was very late -told him just needed a "clean room" to get a good night sleep.
