Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff great! Hotel, not so much. Staff was very helpfull, especially the front desk when we checked in, she led us to a good restaurant for dinner. Now for the bad. When we first got there, the pool was drained and dirty. The room smelled a bit. Maybe some one smoked in the "non-smoking" room and they tried to clean it. The shower head would not shut off when using the faucet for bathing our small children. Also, the blanket for the sofa bed was filthy. I went down to get a new clean blanket and some extra towels. Less expensive than other IHG hotels in Albuquerque but could be alot better. April 25, 2015

Internet service is a BIG PROBLEM, especially for business travelers. Speed is so slow (half a megabit and less) that I could not work in the room, and they do not offer a premium option. The hotel staff is remarkable - very welcoming, very friendly, very accommodating, and very personable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are amazing - great night's sleep both times we stayed here. This hotel is our "go to" destination whenever we are in Albuquerque. April 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, dirty coffee maker, uncaring staff I was traveling across country and decided to stop at Holiday Inn Express because of past experience. But after finding the coffee maker dirty it made me wonder if the rest of the room was dirty and just appeared to be clean. When I told the front desk staff they didn't really seem to care.
