1. Help with your IHG membership may be ignored if its the manager of the hotel.
2. There is a better than good chance housekeeping won't clean your room after you have arrived. Plus you will be required to go down to the front desk to get your own new towels.
3. The free breakfast looks like it would be great, if most of the machines weren't broken.
4. Hotel does look great on the inside and out, the rooms themselves are nice (especially the ones with the two person hot tub, and fireplaces). But the customer service just absolutely ruins what could be such a great hotel stay.

JUST READ WHAT I SAID IN MY PAST COMMENT ON THIS SITE.
SEEMED TO BE LITTLE CONCERN WITH BOOKING ME A ROOM WITHOUT ALL THE AMENITIES OF THE SPA, ETC. WHICH I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT BE USING. ALSO, WHEN I CHECKED IN, I ASKED IF THERE MAY BE ANOTHER ROOM AVAILABLE, LITTLE RESPONSE?
