We always choose to stay with Holiday Inn Express for we always have great stays except for this last one, it wasn't as pleasant as normal. First the address link in our reservation confirmation took us somewhere completely different. Then once we called the staff wasn't friendly when asking how to locate the hotel because the address they were giving was also getting us lost. They then told us the wrong way once we got best there. Then once upon checking into our room our toilet was dirty and also was not working at all. The water for the jacuzzi tub wouldn't stay hot, kept going cold, so we then asked for another room or if it could be fixed. The lady wasn't very helpful for she seemed kind of annoyed by it all which they normally are much friendlier. She finally did get us into a standard room (there wasn't another one with a jacuzzi tub) This room wasn't bad except for it was extremely cold upon entering it and the tub had hair in it :( Other than that though it was all okay. We still love Holiday Inn Express but not sure about this particular location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Looking to return in October.
Employees were very friendly and assisted us in a timely manner.

I should have known that this night wasn't going to go right by any means when I seen people drinking beer in the parking lot, anyway I came to Arlington TX to visit and help my mom, I called this Holiday Inn Express and I reserved a room, upon my arrival there was a young gentlemen a the desk, I had explain to him that I had spoken to a young lady, I won't mention names, and I said you just relived her or her duties and he acknowledge that, he then looked me up in the computer only to find out that my reservation was not there, I stayed calm and begin to tell him on how there is a mistake, I told him the young ladies name and what room she was suppose to reserve for me, he went handmade things right, so I thought....... so I book the room get my key head to my room.....I get to my room 255 and the room look somewhat clean, I check the bed as I always do when staying at a hotel, bed looks good, make way Overton the pull out bed in the couch......BIG MISTAKE ! I don't even get the bed out before I see a dirty bald up what appears to be some sort of Paper towel or napkin so I stop get my cell and snap pics, so there is a chair right next to the couch and I check it out, I lift it up and there is a credit card underneath the cushion, again I snap a pic of that, I go downstairs and report/give the credit card to the person on duty, he tells me that he don't know what to do, he has only been on the job for four days, he needs more training I'm thinking to myself, so since I booked the last room there was nothing he could for me, so I ended up giving the bed to my mom and I slept on the floor, I get up I have to catch my flight at 9 to go back home, I let the front desk know what intent thru last night, that guy said everything would be handled, mistake.... never trust anyone WORD!!!!!! I did and it almost co$t me, to is
06-16-15 I check my bank account because thats how I am, this holiday inn has charged my account three times !!!!
How could this happen when I was only there one night, i have been in contact with the customer compliant department, just be proactive and check your accounts folks or people will keep charging your account. Bad stay for me, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!! I DONT CARE HOW CLOSE THEY ARE TO SIX FLAGS....DONT STAY THERE.
