We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. If I had to complain about anything there would be two small things. There were spill stains on the walls of our room near the door and in the bathroom. They were not real noticeable, but you could see them. We did not have housekeeping clean our room or anything like that while we were there. However, one morning when I wanted to exchange towels the house keeping person could not understand English at all. That was frustrating. She had me put my towels with other dirty towels but did not want to give me new ones. She kept saying "5 minutes." I did not have five minutes, we were on our way out. I finally walked away from her with no towels. She made a noise for me to come back and gave me towels. Other than that, it was a great experience, I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend it to others.

When I called to make my reservation, it states this is a BRAND NEW HIE. It is far from brand new. That statement needs to be removed. Just how old is this hotel?????
I am a Platinum member and was upgraded to a King Suite. I needed room for my son to spend the night on the 2d night of our stay. After the first night, I asked if we could transfer to a room with two beds because the sleeper sofa was in such poor condition. The lady informed me she had 22 rooms available for the night and for me to check back when I returned from World of Coca-Cola. We got back around 2:00 and all the rooms were booked. The clerk apologized but said she would have a roll-a-way bed in our room and an extra pad when we returned from the ball game. We didn’t return until after 9:00 pm and there was not a bed in the room. I called and now they are out of beds. They said they couldn’t bring a bed into the room without us being there. Why didn’t they tell me that to begin with. I would have waited for the bed.
My husband had also asked after the first night to have the safe repaired that was in our room. The clerk asked us if it was okay for someone to fix it if we weren’t in the room and we said yes. When we returned, it had not been fixed (because we weren’t in the room).
The manager called back and did say she would give me 5000 bonus points for my inconvenience. She said they only had 2 roll-a-way beds for the entire hotel. I would have changed hotels if I had known I wouldn’t have gotten an extra bed. Now, I’m dissatisfied and out 40,000 points. I would never stay here again.

Hotel looked nice but discovered slugs and bugs in rooms. Noise that sounded like construction did not provide optimal rest and relaxation. Taxes paid excessive. Staff was awesome. Will not stay here again!

Stayed for one night during travel layover and the room and service met my expectations. Clean room and great customer service is the most important thing and this hotel got it right.

Used this hotel to meet someone from a flight.
Loved the place could not ask for more. Wish more Holiday Inns would offer snacks in the evening.
The only issue is that it felt a little too far from the airport.
