I had to get a different key to access the fitness center, which I had trouble with and had to get second one. The elevator was wonky and kept going to the basement instead of the selected floor. The toilet in my room was low to the ground and had trouble flushing. The in room fridge kept freezing things. There was a very loud garbage truck that came right outside my room every morning at 6:00 am. The listing of TV channels in the information booklet in my room was outdated. The blinds also wouldn't close all the way and a two inch gap allowed in light from the parking lot. April 25, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in Aurora This is a relatively newly opened hotel and is perfectly located in central Aurora area...you are close to shopping mall, restaurants (lots of choices to pick from) churches, interstate, and just a few minutes drive to downtown Denver but without the traffic hassles. Staff is very customer-oriented and friendly. You won't be disappointed if you book your stay at this hotel! April 20, 2016
