My employer pre-paid for my 4 day stay here so I have a pretty well-rounded experience. The customer service reps were nice. On the very first night that I arrived, I went to take a shower and there was hair in the sink and on the shower curtain. I cleaned it. However, hair was on the curtain again after room service "cleaned" the room. The bottom of the bathtub was clean, but it was so old and stained that it looked dirty. No way would I have felt comfortable taking a relaxing bath in these conditions. I only took quick showers BUT I had to wait an average of 20 minutes for the water to get hot! The breakfast is stale. I attempted to eat fruit but it tasted so old, and I attempted to eat a pastry but it was dry and stale. The bed is comfortable, and I slept really good each night. The AC in some of the rooms are extremely loud. My coworker couldn't sleep any of the nights because the AC would wake her up when it kicked on. Me and my coworker get off work around 5pm and go straight to the hotel. At 5pm, room service hadn't made it to my coworker's room yet so she had to wait in the lobby quite a bit of time for it to be cleaned. This effected my plans, because I waited with her. We ended up leaving to grab a bite to eat so that we wouldn't be sitting there waiting forever.

My stay was as I have come to expect from Holiday Inn. Friendly staff, clean and up to date furnishings. Decent food.
