The hotel was a well maintained property. The staff was very efficient at check in and throughout my stay. I appreciated the shuttle service to the hospital. The room was comfortable and clean.

I felt the hotel was sufficient for the needs that I had, I will go back if possible, the staff were great, James the driver was great and did a good job, and will return if possible.

Our visit was great, the shuttle bus was a real pleasure for us, because drive in Baltimore is a nightmare. The breakfast was great and there was such a good variety of food available. The front desk staff was great and we had a special request for a unscheduled time to John Hopkins and they arranged it so we could get to the hospital on time.
The only thing I was disappointed about what I was not told about the $15.00 parking fee when I made our reservation. I really don't think you should charge a customer a fee to park their car in your lot while they are staying there. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel.
