Friendly staff that was very willing to help with many requests. Especially remember Monica who checked me in and talked to me every night she was working. Morning staff was great with getting items from the refrigerator for me since I had to leave most days before breakfast. Hotel is well maintained.
Only complaints were 1) no refrigerator in the room, 2) some towels had a heavy chlorine smell, and 3)the cleaning staff closed the drains after cleaning which cause the tub to fill up before getting in the shower. These were all very minor issues

Hotel was ok, I work in Socorro on occasion.
It was much better staying here than in your other hotel in Socorro 45 minutes away, which is to noisy usually.

Monica at the front desk is the worst we have ever seen. We stay at hotels more than we do at home. She was very rude unprofessional as they come. We complained to her boss and hopefully she no longer works there

This beautiful facility exceeded all expectations - friendly and helpful front counter staff, who provided great restaurant recommendations, including a Belen map. The hotel, both public and private areas, was very clean and well-cared for. Highly recommend.

This was the best of the best stays.
We checked into our room and could not get our HVAC to work. We called the help desk and a Eugene, one of the system managers came to our room in minutes. He was so very courteous and professional,...excellent listening and facilitation skills, worked with us through the problem. After some time, he could not fix the problem and offered us to move to another room. After making all the arrangements, he came to the room for the move....and 'walaa' the system performed on demand....We felt bad almost that after all is arrangements that he made to move us, we elected to stay in the Room that he fixed.....He is awesome....
Secondly we had a waitress that day in the restaurant that was accommodating our every need. She was awesome...promoting the menu...as well as the Chef. Our meal came and she and the Chef came out saying it was not quite as they expected.. They then re cooked the meal and presented it to us ...it was awesome....They both were awesome....especially the Chef who came to our table...as will as the Waitress....I am sorry I do not know her name. She was great....really
