Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome service!! I've been coming to the Beloit Holiday Inn Express for about a year or so. Over that time, I've been such a regular guest that I'm known by name with the staff and I've grown to know all of them too. Elena, Lisa, Marisela, Juliana, Dakota, Mark and Josh are all great. I only deal with these persons on a regular basis when I'm there. Mark's girlfriend/fiance/wife is good too, but I don't see her as much. The housekeeping staff is good too (always a clean room)! As long as my company does investigations in that area, I will be coming back on a regular basis!! Thanks for everything!!! Ken February 1, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A smell you won't forget Staff was not the friendliest that I've met in my many holiday inn stays. The hotel is older and is in need of a major update. They use these air fresheners that are powerful and overwhelming throughout all of the hotel including the rooms. However without them the room at least smells like a locker room with a hint of musk. Not to mention the beds that need replaced badly they are clearly in need of replacement you can see that the beds are broken down and well past there life. Overall it was a very disappointing stay as Holiday Inn Express is usually better than Holiday Inns. The owners need to invest money in their property to draw in guests or in my opinion it will be vacant. January 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant staff From the manager, to the front desk workers, supervisors, and cleaners, all the staff here was very kind and pleasant. They were all extremely presentable, and hardworking. I had no problem getting a hold of the workers I needed, and any issue was resolved very quickly. My stay exceeded all expectations and reviews that I've read. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Beloit. January 28, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping Does Not Allow Extended Sleep We had a good stay over night. The problems were in the morning. We decided to take a nap after breakfast since we did not need to leave room until 11:00 am. At about 9:30 am housekeeping knocks on door and when we answer says OK and walks to next room. No apology or anything. At checkout we complained and we were told that they were checking to see if we needed anything. Yes we needed the sleep and housekeeping did not ask us if we needed anything. Front desk attitude seemed to be they were doing us a favor by letting you stay in their hotel. The hotel also seems to be getting old. Not up to new standards for HI Express. There are new hotels in the area, we will try them next time. HI Express hotels do not seem as good or as responsive to guests as in the past. Other chains will get our business more in the future. We have been faithful to HI for over 30 years but this is going to continue to change after the experiences in the last year. January 5, 2016
