I made all the reservations for my family and the front desk personnel were excellent in getting everyone into the correct room and even put us all on the same floor and near to each other. The rooms were exceptionally clean and roomy. The breakfast area was large and pleasing and we were able to make use of it in the evening to visit with other family members. Breakfast was excellent as always and the staff kept everything stocked and clean. I will always try to stay in a Holiday Inn if possible as they are consistent in their customer service and amenities. Thank you for making a difficult time easier. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to hang your hat The facility is close to I-95 and just 30 mins from downtown Philadelphia and airport. The facility is clean and the rooms are very nice. Not too many places to eat within walking distance other than Bob Evans. The staff has always been top grade. Highly recommended. February 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average could have been great No one came to make up room, so what could have been nice experience turned frustrating when we came back to room to prepare for a wedding. We left room at 11:30 AM . We came back in evening to get ready for reception and no one had attended to room. We were left with towels from previous use and called front desk to advise and ask for TP, and towels. I am sure this is not normal for this hotel, but it sure caused some tension on our part. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Experience The Manager and her Staff are the difference makers in this HIE. They are courteous and perform with a smile even in difficult situations. They are friendly and helpful. It is not just a show, they are for real. The Motel itself is always clean and kept up real nice, the rooms are very well furnished and kept up as well. After spending 6 months at this motel, I would say I know a bit of what I am writing here. Wish I could give them 6 stars. February 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible morning crew Although the hotel is very clean and brightly lit, the one major drawback is the breakfast and crew. When you have blue collar workers needing to be a work at 6:30 am, a late set up of breakfast is not acceptable. Biscuits are late but not as late as the gravy. Coffee creamers and sugar containers not filled until people are trying to get what poor selections are available. The lady just stands in the way. Since every single day is the same breakfast, they ought to know how long anything takes to make, set up or prepare. They should be ready as advertised....at 6 AM. I have talked to other guests and they suggest going out for breakfast since the hotel isn't on time and they can't be late for work. I have stayed at many IHG facilities and this breakfast crew is the worst in any location. The hotel manager is very polite and responsive to any issues I have but even her professionalism and kindness can't justify a systemic problem that more than likely will not change. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Trip for Family Event We were in the area for a family event (wedding). The experience was better than some of our previous ones. Staff was outstanding, especially considering the stress the recent weather events had been causing. Norma (Front Desk) is a real gem. Her welcoming and warm attitude is a real joy to experience. The only thing about our stay I would change is the location of the toilet paper holder. Not sure just where it could be better placed, but it's current location is less than optimal. Bananas at breakfast would also be nice. February 18, 2015
