I stay here often. Usually can't go wrong with Holiday Inn Express. But I must say that the amenities of the hotel have been non functional in the various times I've arrived.
I get a great rate for my association with the Universities in town, but at some point, I wonder if it's worth it.
Great breakfast, decent room, very convenient. Just disappointing when the hot tub is always down or the elevators don't work.

The hotel was booked full when we stayed and yet everything seemed kept up and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The lady working in the kitchen and keeping the dining area clean was very friendly and helpful. Joyce behind the the front desk was very professional and friendly. Another person at the front desk I believe her name was Anne, was constantly running around trying to take care of guest. Thanks for a great stay....IHG did it again.

I find it below normal to not have a microwave and refrigerator in my room. The staff was very responsive to my needs.

Two issues during the stay was a room key that ended with the room not being cleaned based on inability to access room. Quickly moved to another room. Other issue was to update the dates of the stay ( using points ) I know the staff at the hotel can't do this - however the way to approach this isn't to say "I can't do that" and look at a guest. The best way is to offer the number to reservations and a phone, providing the guest a welcoming feel. Good quiet hotel in a good location, likely overlooked by people in the metro area.

Terrible customer service at arrival and departure. Rooms could have been a little more updated and also beds are terrible they had sink holes in the middle of both of them. Bathroom could have been more up to date. AC unit was not working properly. Loud guest right out front of the hotel doors and drinking.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was amazing. Very accommodating and went the extra mile to make this hotel stay, very satisfying. Will definitely book/stay at this location in the future and recommend to others.

Not one of our better experiences at a Holiday Inn Express. Shabby facilities, sketchy location, inconvenient to I-40, were just a few of the less-than-desirable aspects of our stay. Front desk person was very nice and pleasant. This was not a good value for our money..

I am saddened by my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bethany. My reservation was incorrect and I witnessed four other people with incorrect reservations while I waited to check in, dirty towels were crammed back up on the rack, the business center was down, the internet was painfully slow, the maids didn't clean the room well, and the desk staff was inefficient and much more. I hate to write bad reviews, but unfortunately this hotel deserves it.
