Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenience of location This property was very easy to find and access. The room tended to be a bit crowded, however we weren't there to spend much time in the room except for sleeping. The staff was very nice and agreeable about letting or grand daughters (ages 24 and 26) visit us to use the pool and hot tub. We found it incredibly quiet considering how close it is to the airport. We were in the area to help install a roof on our granddaughters garage. May 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was warm in the room and I was unable to get it as cool as I would have liked, but I prefer it quite cool, as others may not. The reception staff was wonderful! Joe entertained us and made us feel very welcomed! The breakfast area was clean; Some of the hot items were not initially available, but I preferred the 'cold' items so it did not affect my eating. The hotel could possibly make its entrance and check-in areas more inviting. Initial impressions are not as high as when you leave...if that makes sense! May 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Free Award night, but was billed Hotel is alright. The biggest plus for the hotel is that it is close to Mall of America. Morning staff was busy talking in back kitchen area and rarely came out to clean the tables or replace food items. I watched for over an hour (as I was doing some work on my laptop) as the staff was slow to do anything. I have stayed at numerous properties and this one has the most sluggish staff. Left the hotel and looked at my billing statement after I was back home some 5 hours later to find that they had billed me for what was suppose to be a free awards night. Called hotel and they put me through to the billing person... well at least to the phone as I was never able to reach that person. Still awaiting resolution on this. So moral of the story is make sure you check your bill closely. May 23, 2015
