Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Double check Make sure your room is clean and that you don't have an early check in. If you check in early, they will most likely double rent the room and give a stranger a key to your room. I don't go on vacation to have another guest barge in on me. June 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Overall a great stay. Thermostats on the heating/air conditioning units are tricky...set them about 5-8 degrees below where you are normally comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and decent variety...personally I enjoyed the fresh fruit and yogurt. May 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Blue Ash Very consistent experience from this property as compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations. Rooms were up to date, clean and quiet. Pool was adequate, but would always like it to be larger. Location was easy to get to and convenient to I71. Would recommend this location for future stays in the Cincinnati area. May 6, 2015

The facility is modern with great accommodations. The staff is attentive and make you feel welcomed. Much appreciated after a long days work. The room was comfortable and quiet. It's always nice to wake up to a hot breakfast, newspaper and a fast check out. Well done! April 20, 2015
