Very helpful staff, immediate help with TV controller. Morning breakfast buffet had a good variety and very good coffee.

This was a good choice for us as we were having a party in Woodinville for our 50th anniversary. This was one of the least expensive hotels in this area due to the U.S. Open being held in Tacoma. We travel frequently around the U.S. This was a typical Holiday Inn Express easily accessible.

Love the location. close to the freeway but not on the freeway. back up to green space that keeps the place quiet. Had the window open all night with out disruption. Totally awesome staff. Very friendly and out going. Proactive to my needs with out asking.

I stay often at Holiday Inn Expresses all around the country. This was the most expensive room I have stayed in apart from very popular vacation areas. When we went to our room, I was shocked that the entire half of our floor surrounding our suite was nothing but drywall, concrete, and dust. This would not have been so bad, but a soccer tournament must have been going on because the place was packed with middle school age kids. All I can say is that the combo made this a loud evening. In the morning, my wife and youngest sleeping in as I had my other children downstairs for breakfast. The cleaning staff knocked loudly at 8:45 waking my very tired two year old. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told that it was my fault because I should have put the do not disturb sign out. Do they not have computers and a plan to know who has checked out? When I checked out, I wanted to let them know this stay was not acceptable. I was given a "I'm sorry you think so" attitude. We are not complainers and this is the first negative review I have ever written on a hotel. I just know I don't plan on coming back to this hotel again.
