Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent breakfast options Our stay was in a Jacuzzi room which was very nice, however it would have been better if it was located at the other end of the building. The noise in the hallway from those going to the waterpark was quite annoying. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was awesome. February 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tired Everything about my stay was wonderful, except for the family staying next door. People need to be more respectful of their surroundings. DO NOT prop your door open at 6am and have yor children come and go every 3mins and have your room door slam against the metal hinge proping hte door open. Either get more keys or accompany them and use your key. February 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms The rooms could be checked more often for a few things often overlooked. Smear on wall, hairdryer only works on high (but blows cold air). Shower head needs to be cleaned out as it sprayed in every direction. February 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation Problems When you start out after arriving at a hotel and are told there are only 2 luggage carts and they are both in use, you tend not to think too much of it. That is, until numerous definiciencies start to pile up. Next, even though we booked our rooms under a block of rooms for 2 nights, there were 4 or 5 of us families that for some reason only actually received a room booked for one night and some even had to battle to keep their room for the second night with the front desk. Next, the majority of our team made the decision to stay an extra night due to a snow and ice storm that went through and our children were super excited to finally get to enjoy the water park only to find out that the slide closes at 4:30pm. This was very disappointing since the boys were there for a tournament and are not allowed to swim while they are between games. Finally, when it came time to leave, once again, both luggage carts were in use. Not something someone loading a car after a long weekend wants to hear. This was icing on the cake really.
