I always rate the hotels where I stay by the cheerful friendliness of the staff and their genuine desire to make the traveler feel at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations. No, it's not because I stayed at so many others that had lower than average customer service where I believed this to be the highest. This hotel earned their stripes. I appreciated the service provided by this elite group of people and the effort they go through to be sure of our comfort. Great job and THANK YOU May 26, 2015
