Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Holiday Inn Standards The staff all were nice, but this hotel doesn't compare to other Holiday Inns I have stayed at across the US. The towels were frayed on two of the three days we were there. Tissues ran out the first day and they never replaced them. The chair (with ottoman) was worn and faded, especially the arms. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Branson in April Parking is adequate for guests. The dining area was vey clean and the staff in that area was very efficient. We like the location and have stayed in this location several times and usually have been pleased with the service. We use Holiday Inn in other states and have been happy with the stays.
