The two ladies that attended the breakfast area where very attentive with everyone, even when it was full. I which I can remember the name for a particular girl at the front desk, she was great. We are not wealthy but wanted something really nice as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel. All the employees were great, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and we feel the value we received for our limited vacation dollar made our visit more than enjoyable. I can highly recommend it. I asked about the check in welcome gift and was asked if I wanted it or 500 points, I selected the points only to be told as I was checking out that I did not qualify and should have been told that at check in. I tried to explain the options I was offered but was told a mistake had been made, I do not believe that I should be penalized for a staff error, this is the second time in the past two stays that I have been shorted points, May 21, 2015
