Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient, quiet location Clean, comfortable room and decent breakfast. Good restaurant close by. Our only complaint would be the elevator...long waits, and cleaning staff (with huge cleaning carts) used the same one as guests, making it an even longer wait. May 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by age of facility poor excuse for poor service Flew all day from west coast to Vermont for business. First room reeked of smoke. Moved to another room. AC did not work and it was at least 90 degrees in the room. Moved to 3rd room - all of this at 10pm - ac worked for 15 minutes then cycled off and on. Slept with my head at the foot of the bed as close to the ac as I could get. I only slept about 3 hours as it was miserably hot in the room. Told front desk next morning and was told "facility is 15 years old and this is what you get". No apologies for ac not working and told if moved to another room no guarantees the ac would work because of the age of the facility. I finally secured another room on my final night (no availability until then or I would have left earlier) and when I said I was checking out early because of the ac I was told "you have to do what you have to do". Most frustrating thing besides being on a business trip and not getting any sleep was that no one at this Holiday Inn Express seemed to care at all. The floors in the elevator and hallways was very dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't close as it drug on the tile, it was a generally unkept facility. Very disappointing. My employer is aware and will not book at this hotel in the future. May 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight on the Bike We were travelling for the day on our motorcycle and wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn in Keene, NH. Unfortunately that hotel was booked and we were advised of the availability of a room at the Brattleboro site by the IHG representative, which is only 13 miles from Keene. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and our room was excellent. It was even walking distance to a couple of restaurants, one in particular the Marina which was excellent. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. May 13, 2015
